這些都是同事對李海振的評價，他的“責任心強”的形象已經深入人心。李海振是2014年6月進入公司，在公司已經工作了2280個日日夜夜，“來公司，沒有想太多，就是干好活，把設備都保養好，才能掙錢。”李海振激動的說到。工作中為了節約時間，其他同事去吃飯的時候，他就把生產線的設備再檢查一遍，及時更換刀片，其他同事回來后，設備就能正常運轉，來了就能開機生產。

文化低，學習起來很吃力，但“不放棄”成了他的座右銘。從夾棒、夾球到鍛打，特別是鍛球，持續不斷學了一個月?，F在學會了很多技能，工作中遇到設備問題，就能以最快的速度修好；同事遇到問題的時候，只要自己會的就主動去幫，在幫助別人的時候，也是一種學習，藝多不壓身。一技之長，一技能養家，有專長才能致富。之前從來沒有想過帶班組干活，是鋼諾給我的這個機會，讓我在這個平臺上我學到了好多東西，學會了一技之長。
